If my appliance breaks down, will it be repaired or replaced?
When we are called out to repair your appliance and it is beyond repair, your appliance will be replaced within the plan limits.

When can I claim?
Your service plan starts on the receipt of your first payment, you will not be able to claim for any appliance breakdown for the first 30 days of the plan.

Are my appliances covered against accidental damage?
No, the plan offers you protection against mechanical, electrical or electronic breakdown only.

What happens if I move home?
No problem, tell us your new address and we will issue you new paperwork.

How soon should I report a breakdown?
A claim should be made within 72 hours of the appliance breaking down.

Can I cancel my plan at any time?
